Did you know, that figs are superfood? It’s a good source of calcium, dietaryfiber, iron, magnesium and vitamins C, A and B group. Despite the amount of the various vitamins, nutrients, and minerals, figs have a really smooth and sweet taste that perfectly supplement every dish. September is considered as the best month for figs, because they are 100% ripe and have the best honey sweet taste.
Our chef Elena Kuptsova created a special menu with 9 signature dishes consisted of the cold starters, salads, main dishes and desserts. The whole menu is about interesting combination, fine taste and unique products. In our menu we combine figs with jamon, mozzarella cheese, pumpkin, quail, duck, crabmeat, lamb and dorado.
We want to pay your attention to some of the specials from seasonal menu:crabmeat salad with fresh figs and poached egg; duck breast, backed figs with Valdeon Blue cheese, pumpkin chutney with "Isabella" grapes sauce; fresh fig carpaccio with "orange" cottage cheese.
