Hotel Usadba

Located in a picturesque and secluded part of the Kaliningrad city countryside, the Usadba Hotel provides quality 4 star accommodation with diverse conference and banqueting facilities alongside rural countryside.

The building of the Hotel Usadba was built on the ground of the place called Nesselbeck (Nettle Spring) in 19th century. There were no traffic and annoying phone calls. People stayed closer to nature and each other. Centuries have passed through but traditions from that time still exist in this hotel.

There are 66 comfortable rooms in the Hotel Usadba located in three houses and overlooking the courtyard and gardens and include suites, junior suites, double rooms and single rooms. Furniture and lighting were carefully chosen by designers to reach the atmosphere and harmony of a country house. There are antique and modern furniture created by designers in the interior of the Hotel.

It is a charming place on a 4-hectare private territory, park and woodland area, outdoor pool, kids playground. Usadba offers everything you will need for rest and relaxation – on your own, as a couple, or with family and friends.

The Usadba restaurant is located in the main house and it is a light and cosy restaurant overlooking the gardens and hotel grounds, and serves simple but very tasty Russian and European food. In summertime the restaurant widely uses fruits, greens and vegetables from its own garden located on the hotel’s ground. Also, during the summer period the grill menu is available.

If you want the perfect wedding reception venue for your special day then we have place. Usadba has over a series of gardens for ceremonies and offers 6 dinner rooms for up to 250 guests. We are also able to perform indoor and outdoor civil ceremonies to ensure your day is highly memorable.
