KONUSHENNAYA HALL

"The Konyushennaya Hall" is the newest venue for bespoke, personalized weddings and events.

This standalone building is located on the grounds of the "Usadba" hotel and features parking, a terrace, and a stone park. It can accommodate 40-50 guests, with a minimum of 40 guests required.

The minimum order is 5,500 rubles per guest.

The banquet rental fee for 40 guests is 220,000 rubles.

Product distribution: kitchen = 4,300 rubles, non-alcoholic bar = 300 rubles + 10% service charge

Corkage fee: 500 rubles per person

* The cost includes a welcome buffet.

* The cost of the minimum check does not include an off-site registration ceremony.

Banquet formats by the number of guests:

- Banquet with full guest seating accommodates 40-60 people.

- Buffet-style banquet accommodates up to 70 people.

The covered summer terrace is ideal for welcome zones, lounge areas throughout the evening, and wedding ceremonies in case of bad weather.

Additionally, the lawn and stone park are perfect for ceremonies during the warm season. In good weather, we offer newlyweds the option to use the outdoor area.
